We exclusively accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for all transactions. Full payment is required at checkout to initiate order processing. For security, our system may temporarily hold funds during verification. Declined payments will automatically cancel your order, and you’ll receive an email notification within 24 hours. We do not offer installment plans or cryptocurrency payments at this time.
After checkout, you’ll receive an automated order confirmation email within 15 minutes. This serves as your digital receipt – please review all details carefully including item quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping address. Email [email protected] immediately if you spot errors. We cannot modify orders after 1 business day due to our rapid warehouse processing system. International customers must ensure their shipping address matches exactly with their payment method’s billing address to prevent customs delays.
As our avant-garde pieces are produced in limited quantities, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity. In rare cases where an item sells out during checkout, we’ll notify you within 48 hours and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We may also cancel orders that violate our 10-item-per-customer limit on identical products. No cancellations are permitted once an order enters "Processing" status in our system.
All prices reflect USD and include material costs but exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or customs duties. During sales events, prices adjust automatically at checkout – we do not honor previous pricing or combine promotions. International customers are responsible for all import fees; we recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering. Price errors will result in order cancellation and refund, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
Orders require 3-7 business days for processing before shipment. Domestic deliveries take 5-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. International shipments require 10-25 business days and include basic tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package departs our warehouse. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or intercept packages once shipped. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of shipment for investigation.
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Final sale items (marked "No Returns") and customized pieces are ineligible. Customers bear return shipping costs – we recommend using tracked mail as we cannot process returns without received inventory. Refunds exclude original shipping fees and take 7-10 business days after we inspect returned items. Exchanges are subject to product availability and require a new order placement.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue replacement if available, or a full refund if the product is discontinued. This policy doesn’t cover minor fabric variations or intentional design elements that characterize our "ugly-chic" aesthetic. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be honored.
